If you are not yet sick of turkey, this post is for you!

In the aftermath of Thanksgiving 2011, Wyebrook Farm had some of the largest birds remaining (referred to by one as “pre-historic sized birds”).  Farmer Dean, the generous help of Chef Janet and Pat LaFrieda, cut these birds into turkey packs, available in just legs, just thighs, leg and thighs together, wings, boneless breasts and boneless breast cutlets.

Dean will freeze the fresh turkey packs toward the end of the week, but they are available fresh until then. Want to stock up on his local turkeys? Send him an email at dean@wyebrookfarm.com if you would like to stop by to pick up any of the offerings.

Prices are as follows:

  • Turkey Wings: $3/lb
  • Turkey Thighs: $5/lb
  • Turkey Legs: $5/lb
  • Boneless Breast: $7/lb
  • Boneless Breast Cutlets: $8/lb
