Downingtown Skatepark Organization announces an upcoming fundraiser organized to assist in the future construction of a professionally-designed and -constructed concrete skatepark in the Downingtown area.
Tomorrow, November 15 at 6 pm, the local skateboarding advocates will join forces with Artisan Homebrew and Station Taproom for the Pints for the Park: Part Deux event.
Since last year’s event was a huge success, the local non-profit has decided to team up again with the two East Lancaster Avenue businesses. Kegs will be donated to the local beer-centric restaurant from Artisan Homebrew and all proceeds from the beers will go to the skatepark. While Station Taproom will be open for business as usual, each time attendees sample the free beers from Artisan Homebrew, DSP encourages you to make a donation to the non-profit – with proceeds to support their ultimate goal, building a local skatepark!
