People who already know about Wegmans will already understand. But I remember before I'd been to one, I didn't get it. It's just a grocery store, right?
Well, it's a grocery store…but fantastic!
The grocery section is huge and diverse. I love their Nature's Market and International sections.
The Cafe is probably the important part for Downingtown Dish, though. Eating at a grocery store doesn't sound that great, but Wegman's really is different. There are a ton of options and they're all fresh and really good. This is not food you'll just get because you're out of time and had to pick up a some groceries anyway. People go to Wegman's just for the cafe, too. Hoagies, pizza, burritos, sushi, breakfast dishes, and a lot more – with plenty of vegetarian options!
