They should include a real-time draft list in the app. Kind of an annoyance to order a beer off their menu or off the board on-site and be told that they’re out. Looking forward to checking it out.

Purchased some of the Cave Bird at Dixie Picnic in Frazer and brewed up some using filtered water and the Melitta drip method.

Excellent coffee – low acid, medium roast and flavor. Easily comparable to anything you can get from that well known Seattle company and it supports a local business and people who actually grow the stuff.Try it, you will like it!

Great recap of the Dark Wednesday event at Victory Brewing Company! I asked one of the workers how many wristbands they passed out and she said, “341 and there are people in line without numbers.” Well me being #208, there was 1 1/2 pallets remaining (not sure how many cases per pallet) so it’s highly unlikely that everyone still in line would have a chance to buy a few bottles.

I walked out with four bottles, probably open one on Thanksgiving and then the other 3 I’ll still deciding. I know my 2 brother-in-laws would love a bottle…so maybe for Christmas!

Some of my other fave Victory Beers are:
– Victory Moonglow Weizenbock
– Victory Headwaters Pale Ale
– Victory Mad King’s Weiss
– Victory V-12

and soon to try Victory Otto – a smoked Belgian
