Head over to Victory Brewing Company’s brewpub on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at noon for their tenth annual chili cook-off! The yearly Chili Challenge will showcase the culinary skills of Victory’s creative staff, including everyone from the brewers, the sales team and the wait staff.
The delicious roundup of chili will be critiqued by guest judges and also by YOU, the fans of Victory. Your vote will help select the winner of the annual “People’s Pepper.” The cook-off is free to attend, as are the endless amount of chili samples. Of course, plenty of great Victory beers will be flowing plenty at this food competition.
Be sure to come early to the Downingtown-based brewpub to be able to sample the wide variety of recipes from all contenders. The event is open to the public and the samples are served first come, first serve. Voting will end at 2:30 pm, with winners announced soon after.
